Who we are:

CFC is on a journey to make Committed Followers of Christ. We are a medium-sized church in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, committed to biblically-based preaching and teaching, modern worship, living in authentic community, and sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ.

Where we come from:

in 1992, a group of 40 adults met in the side room of Wayside Presbyterian Church in Landisville, PA to establish a vibrant community of believers with contemporary music, the latest technology, and culturally relevant messages to serve a generation that had become disillusioned and indifferent to traditional church. Led by founding Pastor, David Humphreville, Community Fellowship Church held its first service in a former ski shop on Dairy Road in Lancaster on Easter Sunday with a mission to reach seekers, build believers, and impact the world.

Where we are going:

Our vision is to equip believers with the tools, skills, and heart to Know God, Be Known by God, and to Make God Known. Our future focus is moving beyond our gathering place, into our communities, and around the world.

Ruth's journey at CFC began over 25 years ago when she and her husband, Bryan, sought to find a new church for their family. After over 35 years in the "corporate world" God led Ruth to being on staff at CFC. The staff position has grown from just an office job to a true ministry! Ruth oversees the CFC Frontline and Cafe Ministries along with Integration Events which include ALPHA, Newcomer Lunch, Discover CFC, Members Class, Baptism, and Child Dedications.
