Bobby Parschauer

Senior Teaching Pastor

After growing up overseas and serving as a missionary in Austria, God has developed in Bobby a love and passion for teaching and sharing the Word of God. It is exciting to see God at work globally and how Scripture changes lives. In 2007, he and his wife, Jen, along with their 3 children joined CFC, and soon after the Lord led him into the position of Lead Pastor.

Jason Craig

Senior Executive Pastor

Jason partners with the Senior Lead pastor and elder board to generate vision, while facilitating the administration board and supervising the staff and volunteer ministry coordinators. With 14 years of youth ministry experience split between Young Life and CFC, Jason and his family served as missionaries in Ethiopia for three years before returning to Lancaster in 2014. Jason is married to his childhood sweetheart, Emily and together they have three daughters.

Nathan White

Teaching Pastor

Nathan is a teaching pastor at CFC, responsible for weekend service teaching, primarily for the second CFC location. He is passionate about preaching from the word of God in a way that is tangible and applicable to everyday life. Nathan spent six years as a student pastor in Springfield, Missouri, until he and his wife and daughter, Erica and Winnie, moved to Lancaster in 2024. In his free time, Nathan enjoys time with family, board game nights with friends, and of course great food.

Alyssa Knor

Finance & HR Director

Alyssa is responsible for operational processes at CFC including managing church finances, H.R., and building oversight. Prior to taking this role, Alyssa was Director of Community Kids at CFC for nine years where she grew and shaped the ministry. She, her husband Dan, and their two girls live in Manheim.

Lauren Becker

Worship Arts Director

After moving back to Lancaster with her family in 2020, Lauren began volunteering in CFC’s worship ministry as a vocalist/pianist. With a degree in music education, 15+ years in ministry, and experience creating and managing her own interior design company, she now serves as Worship Arts Director for CFC. Lauren is passionate about intentionally creating the space for people to meet with the Lord, and about stewarding the talents and passions of her team so that they are all “living a life worthy of the calling they have received.” She is thrilled to be leading the Worship Arts ministry, bringing the gospel through worship and the arts to edify the body of CFC. Lauren, her husband Jerry, and their three sons live in Manheim Township.

Patrick Kirkham

Community Groups Director

As the leader of the community groups ministry at CFC, Patrick has the opportunity to live out his passion in life by developing and encouraging leaders and connecting people into a fellowship that nourishes and challenges at the same time. This kind of fellowship allows us to share each others burdens and truly explore what it means to follow Christ. He and his wife, Lori, live in Lancaster and have been part of the CFC family for more than 10 years.

Ruth Hinerdeer

Community Integration

Ruth's journey at CFC began over 25 years ago when she and her husband, Bryan, sought to find a new church for their family. They visited CFC the last day of services at the ski shop and followed the journey from the Primary Center in Landisville to Bethel Drive. After over 35 years in the "corporate world" God led Ruth to being on staff at CFC. The staff position has grown from just an office job to a true ministry! Ruth oversees the CFC Frontline and Cafe Ministries along with Integration Events which include ALPHA, Newcomer Lunch, Discover CFC, Members Class, Baptism, and Child Dedications.

Steve Graybeal

Operations | Facilities Coordinator

After retiring from a career in manufacturing, Steve felt called to serve by using his skills and gifts to help others. Steve works closely with our staff to coordinate campus maintenance, repair projects and building upgrades. “My passion is to continue to keep God’s church in excellent condition so that all feel safe and welcome to worship and become committed followers of Christ.”

Kim Bushey

Housekeeping

After owning a residential cleaning company for years, Kim joined CFC as housekeeper, allowing her a more flexible schedule to be home more for her family. She enjoys preparing our church week after week for all those who come to worship! A verse she considers frequently as she cleans is: Whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him. Colossians 3:17 That even goes for cleaning! Kim lives in Mount Joy with her husband, Grant and their sons, Alex and Josh.

Andrea Steffy

Housekeeping Assistant

Andrea began attending CFC in the summer of 2018 with her husband, Greg. Having served as Cleaning Crew Coordinator at a previous church, she became interested in the job for part time Housekeeper Assistant. She enjoys working behind the scenes to support and encourage those in Leadership at CFC-and considers it a pleasure to help keep the Lord’s house clean and bright for all who enter through the doors. Andrea lives near Mountville with her husband Greg.

Mandy Moore

Women's Ministry Director

Mandy Moore has been leading our Women's Ministry since 2015. She is passionate about helping individuals connect to God through the study of the Bible and in authentic community. She designs Bible studies and events for women where this can happen. Mandy married her high school sweetheart, Brian, and together they have five children.

Dave Towers

Men's Ministry Director

Dave has a passion for mentorship and men’s ministry. As Men’s Ministry Director, he seeks God’s wisdom to build into the men of CFC and equip them to influence those around them with the power of the gospel. The experience and leadership he brings to CFC is well deployed in the role of Men’s Ministry Director. Dave, his wife Emily, and their children; Elijah, Liliana, and Tobias live in Landisville.

Eric Gregory

Student Ministry Director

Eric serves as the Student Ministry Director, overseeing our ministry to students from 5th-12th grade. He grew up as a missionary kid in South Africa where he developed a passion for discipling students and has served in various student ministry roles both locally and overseas. He is passionate about partnering with parents and leaders to see students come to know Jesus, make their faith their own, and live out the gospel. Eric met his wife Jen when they both served together in student ministry. They have one young son, Oliver.

Sam Scales

Student Ministry Coordinator

Sam is a man on a journey of healing and delight as he walks with the Father, Savior, and Spirit. He invites, invests, and challenges others to journey with him. He loves story, deep conversations, good pho, witty and dry humor, disrupting the status quo, vulnerability, and invitations to play. Sam exists to equip the body, to ask deep questions, to wonder, to be in awe of our God, as he walks with Jesus. He serves as a Student Ministry Coordinator and lives in Lancaster with his wife Jacinta.

Karli Broomell

Student Ministry Coordinator

Karli works alongside our Student Ministry Director and oversees the 5th and 6th grade Student Community at CFC. Karli has a passion for seeing the next generation rise up in the church. She believes youth have the largest growing influence in the world and she desires to equip students with the truth and skills to be a light. Prior to joining CFC, Karli taught 5th and 6th grade students in a public school setting for five years. She and her husband, David, live in East Petersburg.

Allison Hoover

Early Childhood Coordinator

As the Early Childhood Coordinator, Allison oversees the preschool program here at CFC. She is passionate about providing the next generation of young Christians a starting foundation in their walk with the Lord. Prior to taking on this role, she spent six years as an occupational therapist assistant working with children ages 3-5 with learning disabilities. After becoming a member at CFC, she served as a teacher for a few years and quickly fell in love with the Community Kids environment. Allison, her husband Tyler, and their daughter Eliana live in Elizabethtown with their dog Luna.

Julia Horn

Executive Assistant

As the Worship Arts Coordinator, Julia uses her administrative gifts to work alongside the Worship Director to schedule team members, organize worship events, and assist in the planning and preparation of weekend services. She is also the administrative assistant to our Executive Pastor. Julia lives in Lititz with her husband, Nate, and children, Savannah and Collin.

Adam Jepson

Digital Content Creator

Adam moved to Lancaster with his family in 2017 and decided to make CFC their church home shortly thereafter. Previously in full time ministry working with high school and college students, Adam joined his wife Meagan and now run their own business - The Jepsons, which produces wedding photos and film. He loves that he has this opportunity to create appealing content while also pointing people to Jesus. When not at church or shooting weddings on weekends, you can find Adam playing with his three kids (Ava, Eli, and Cece), tossing a frisbee with his chocolate lab, Hobbes, taking on a new culinary adventure with his grill, watching sports (college football is his favorite!), or playing tabletop games with his friends.

Riley Martin

Technology Coordinator

Riley's a Lancaster Bible College Graduate with a degree in Worship Arts. When he was looking for a church in college, he was invited to CFC, which very quickly turned into volunteering, and then to being hired on staff to support the Worship Arts Department as the Technology Coordinator. He's extremely passionate about worship music and the production that supports it, and being involved in those very things at CFC is a dream come true. Riley is a huge car enthusiast and will always entertain a conversation about them, including auto detailing, which he has done professionally for many years.

Jeff Comeaux

Step Forward Director

Jeff and his wife Elizabeth returned to Lancaster after serving with a ministry in Colorado. Here they live closer to most of their adult sons and get to spend more time with their first granddaughter. They were drawn to CFC's vibrant devotion to relationships built on God's word. Jeff is developing and facilitating Step Forward for young adult college graduates. This community-centered program equips young adults for leadership and helps them discern their long term calling to ministry in the church or marketplace. For fun, Jeff enjoys biking, projects with wood, and experimenting in the kitchen by using recipes as helpful suggestions.

Safety and Security Coordinator

George has attended CFC since September of 2019. He leads our Safety and Security Team and has always found fulfillment in using his gifts to serve the church. His years of church leadership experience have prepared him to lead this team of dedicated volunteers, which allows the people of CFC to worship in a safe and secure environment. George and his wife Deb live in Mount Joy and have 2 married children and 7 grandchildren.

Mark Johnston

Elder

Mark came to know the Lord at a Billy Graham crusade in 1973. He is committed to seeing CFC grow and thrive by consistently upholding the integrity of the Scriptures, doing things decently and in order, and furthering its focus on reaching the lost with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. A respected physician, a retired U.S. Navy captain, and a leader in overseas medical ministries, Mark and his lovely wife, Lavonne, have three grown children and a growing brood of grandchildren.

Mike Towers

Elder

During his freshman year of college the Bible came to life as Mike was convicted of sin and energized to follow Jesus wholeheartedly. After serving at CFC in student ministry and leading community groups, he had the privilege to serve as an elder. His wife, Kelly, is a constant encouragement and beacon of true faith and commitment to God. Mike and Kelly are blessed with two inspiring daughters, and an energetic son.

Jesse O’Hara

Elder

Jesse grew up as a pastor's kid and has developed a passion for serving the church. He and Kara are graduates of Eastern University and serve on Frontline and as Community Group leaders. Jesse works in the greenhouse industry, as a grower and manager, and also runs his own woodworking business. Recently, Jesse kindled a love for cross-cultural missions through CFC’s work in Austria. Jesse and Kara are parents to three young children, Juliana, Trystan, and Piper.

Becky Velazquez

Admin Board Member

Becky serves on the Admin Board as Assistant Treasurer. She has worked in the Accounting/Finance field for years and was looking to use her skills in a non-profit setting and is happy to be serving at CFC. She reconciles the general ledger accounts, presents the monthly financial statements to the Board each month and assists in the annual budgeting process. Becky lives in Lancaster and has one son, Zach.

Jim Vieland

Before his senior year of high school, Jim came to know Christ through a Fellowship of Christian Athletes Bible study. Jim has served in many capacities at CFC over the years and joined our Administration Board as Human Resources Coordinator in 2019. His passion is in building teamwork and identifying and developing strengths. Jim is a graduate of Grove City College, and is currently the Operations Manager at Simon Lever. Prior to entering the business world, Jim spent many years in education serving as both teacher and coach. He lives in Rohrerstown with his wife, Jessica, and their four children: Josiah, Greta, Simeon, and Ayla.

Laurel Tuckey

Communications Coordinator

After spending her childhood in the woods of Morgantown, PA, Laurel loves the artwork God creates in nature. She enjoys painting, making friends, and has a heart for minimizing waste. Laurel began attending CFC in 2023. Shortly thereafter, she joined the team as an inaugural Step Forward Apprentice. In 2024, Laurel was hired onto the Communications Team where she explores effective and creative ways to reach the masses.

Ellen Goodheer

Community Kids Director

Ellen directs and oversees Community Kids, our ministry to children ages birth - 4th grade, partnering with families and volunteers to help kids grow in faith, wisdom and friendship with Jesus Christ. Ellen loves working with kids and seeing children grow in their friendship with God. Ellen discovered this passion when teaching children’s church in Williamsport,PA. She began pursuing a career in children’s ministry on the church staff team and while working for Child Evangelism Fellowship. She believes as a church, we are uniquely positioned to invite children to personally encounter Jesus through loving, safe, and fun environments. Originally from Perry County, Ellen now resides in Lancaster.

Communications Manager

Tricia manages the flow of information at CFC, creates written content, and assists ministries in communication efforts. Tricia has attended and served at CFC since 1997 in the areas of Children’s Ministry, Capital Stewardship, Hospitality, and Women’s Ministry. A graduate of Penn State, she has 7 years in sales experience and 10 years in marketing at Hershey Entertainment & Resorts Co. She is excited to use what she has learned in the corporate setting to serve God and His church. Tricia, her husband Mark, and three boys, Avery, Andrew, and Aaron live in Lancaster.

Esther Smith

Community Kids Coordinator

Esther serves as the Community Kids Coordinator, and oversees the nursery at CFC. She grew up as a missionary kid in Brazil and loves working with kids. Prior to joining CFC, Esther spent 8 years serving on the mission field in Guatemala. Esther lives in Millersville with her husband Kasey, and their four children, Abigail, Hannah, Benaiah, and Ezra.

Jennie Harclerode

Step Forward Apprentice - Women's Ministry

After years of being an elementary school teacher and also staying home with her kids, Jennie is on a journey of asking the Lord to show her what He might have for her in the next season of life. Jennie has taught Women’s Bible Study at CFC for many years and is excited to serve Women’s MInistry in a more formal role as a Step Forward apprentice. Jennie’s passion is encouraging women through interacting with God’s Word. She believes the Word of God to truly be living and active and having the power to transform lives. Jennie believes it is very much possible to live with joy by the power of the Holy Spirit even when life’s circumstances seem anything but lovely. Jennie loves going on adventures with her family and friends, thinks that spontaneity is the spice of life and loves spending time in cozy coffee shops. She lives with her husband, two children and dog in Mount Joy.

Rylan Buckwalter

Step Forward Apprentice - Worship Arts

Rylan grew up in Lancaster and was invited into the Step Forward program through a divine encounter while in a coffee shop. Now Rylan is stoked to be the Worship Arts Apprentice at CFC. He began serving in the sound booth at the age of 12, which led to leading worship on Sunday mornings as a high school student. Rylan is passionate about ushering people into God’s presence, the Eagles, really good coffee, and spike ball.

Mason Harris

Step Forward Apprentice - Student Community

After changing his college major from Physical Education to Youth and Young Adult Ministry, Mason sought an opportunity to serve in the field to which the Lord was calling him. The Step Forward program offered him the ability to hit the ground running. He discovered his passion for working with the youth during his time as an elementary school P.E intern and as a soccer coach. Coming from a unique and extensive family background of teachers, he emphasizes the importance of compassion and vulnerability that is needed to foster genuine growth. Mason is a Lancaster native and attends Lancaster Bible College where he plays soccer.

Ericka Smith

Step Forward Apprentice - Community Kids

After High school, Ericka attended a Christian gap year program at Onelife Institute in Manheim, PA. She discovered CFC in 2024 and wanted to get involved in the Church. Upon graduating from Onelife, she saw an opportunity to serve as an apprentice in children’s ministry. Her heart for young children was shaped by growing up in a family that fostered kids. and through serving at a Christian day camp - sharing the Gospel and God's love with every kid she encountered. Ericka now works alongside the Community Kids Staff team and will use the gifts that God has given her to serve God and others. She currently lives with her brother, sister-in-law, and their children who also attend CFC. Ericka likes to spend her free time in God’s beautiful creation and loves being active. She also loves watching sunsets, hanging out with friends, and taking nature walks.

Mike Hojnacki

Elder

Mike grew up in Hudson, OH, in a Christ-centered home where his dad shared the Gospel with him at a young age. While he accepted Christ early, it was in high school that his faith became personal. A competitive athlete, Mike pursued wrestling, which led him to Messiah University to study Christian Ministries. Just before graduation, he was diagnosed with Stage 2 Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. God’s grace and the support of the church carried him through, and he’s been in remission since 2011. Mike now serves as the Pennsylvania State Director for Fellowship of Christian Athletes. He, his wife Lindsay, and their daughters, Ava and Addie, live in Mount Joy and serve at CFC.

Steve Brubaker

Elder

Steve was raised in a Christian home and committed his life to Jesus at an early age. Personal tragedy shaped his faith journey, as he witnessed his mother’s unwavering trust in God through the loss of his siblings. A graduate of Messiah University, Steve met his wife, Devon, there. He spent 15 years serving in various roles at Victory Church before joining CFC, where he’s active in Men’s Ministry, prayer, and small groups. Steve works as VP of Strategic Planning at Stauffer Biscuit. He, Devon and their two adult sons, Zac and Caden,live in Neffsville.
