After growing up overseas and serving as a missionary in Austria, God has developed in Bobby a love and passion for teaching and sharing the Word of God. It is exciting to see God at work globally and how Scripture changes lives. In 2007, he and his wife, Jen, along with their 3 children joined CFC, and soon after the Lord led him into the position of Lead Pastor.
CONTACT >Jason partners with the lead pastor and elder board to generate vision, while facilitating the administration board and supervising the staff and volunteer ministry coordinators. With 14 years of youth ministry experience split between Young Life and CFC, Jason and his family served as missionaries in Ethiopia for three years before returning to Lancaster in 2014. Jason is married to his childhood sweetheart, Emily and together they have three young daughters.
CONTACT >Ruth's journey at CFC began 21 years ago when she and her husband, Bryan, sought to find a new church for their family. They visited CFC the last day of services at the ski shop and followed the journey from the Primary Center in Landisville to Bethel Drive. After over 35 years in the "corporate world" God lead Ruth to her current staff position a little over 15 years ago. The position has grown from an office job to a true ministry! Ruth and Bryan have 2 children who are both married.
CONTACT >After retiring from a career in the printing industry, Steve felt the Lord calling him to use his gifts as a ministry to serve CFC while helping others in need. Steve and Ruth work together to coordinate maintenance, repair projects, and safety inspections for our church building and property. “My personal mission is to continue to keep our facilities in excellent condition so that every member and guest feels safe and welcome to worship God and become committed followers of Christ.
CONTACT >After owning a residential cleaning company for years, Kim joined CFC as housekeeper, allowing her a more flexible schedule to be home more for her family. She enjoys preparing our church week after week for all those who come to worship! A verse she considers frequently as she cleans is: Whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him. Colossians 3:17 That even goes for cleaning! Kim lives in Mount Joy with her husband, Grant and their sons, Alex and Josh.
CONTACT >Andrea began attending CFC in the summer of 2018 with her husband, Greg. Having served as Cleaning Crew Coordinator at a previous church, she became interested in the job for part time Housekeeper Assistant. She enjoys working behind the scenes to support and encourage those in Leadership at CFC-and considers it a pleasure to help keep the Lord’s house clean and bright for all who enter through the doors. Andrea lives near Mountville with her husband Greg.
CONTACT >Tricia manages the flow of information at CFC, creates written content, and assists ministries in communication efforts. Tricia has attended and served at CFC since 1997 in the areas of Children’s Ministry, Capital Stewardship, Hospitality, and Women’s Ministry. A graduate of Penn State, she has 7 years in sales experience and 10 years in marketing at Hershey Entertainment & Resorts Co. She is excited to use what she has learned in the corporate setting to serve God and His church. Tricia, her husband Mark, and three boys, Avery, Andrew, and Aaron live in Lancaster.
CONTACT >As the leader of the community groups ministry at CFC, Patrick has the opportunity to live out his passion in life by developing and encouraging leaders and connecting people into a fellowship that nourishes and challenges at the same time. This kind of fellowship allows us to share each others burdens and truly explore what it means to follow Christ. He and his wife, Lori, live in Lancaster and have been part of the CFC family for almost five years.
CONTACT >Rita Dong came to Christ after coming to America from China for her high school education. During College, she worked with InterVarsity Christian ministry and found a deep passion for mentoring and helping students and young adults find and rediscover their faith. She is now working part-time with InterVarsity at Franklin and Marshall College. She started attending CFC three years ago and many CFC members helped support her ministry at F&M. She wants to give back to the community and help more young adults deepen their walk with Christ.
CONTACT >Alyssa directs and oversees Community Kids, our ministry to children ages birth - 4th grade, partnering with families and teams of volunteers to help kids grow in faith, wisdom and friendship. Alyssa loves working with kids and discovered this passion when teaching Sunday school as Middle Schooler. She is passionate about the church and believes we are uniquely positioned to create a loving, safe and honest environment for kids unlike anywhere else. She and her husband, Dan, live in East Petersburg.
CONTACT >Allison works alongside Alyssa Knor and oversees the early childhood Sunday school program at CFC. She has been teaching in the two year old classroom for the last 3 years. Her passion for working with children started at a young age. She has spent the last six years as an occupational therapist assistant working with children ages 3-5. She is excited to start her role as the Early Childhood Coordinator and to give the next generation of Christians a starting foundation. Allison and her husband Tyler live in Elizabethtown with their dog Luna.
CONTACT >Mikayla has attended CFC for two years and is now serving as our Nursery Coordinator. She is also currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in Biblical studies and her Master’s degree in Family, Couple, and Marriage Counseling at Lancaster Bible College. She is passionate about helping family units grow closer to Christ by building relationships with both parents and children. She spends her spare time babysitting, playing soccer, and hanging out with her family and friends.
CONTACT >Dave has a passion for mentorship and men’s ministry. As Men’s Ministry Director, he seeks God’s wisdom to build into the men of CFC and equip them to influence those around them with the power of the gospel. Dave works full-time at Men of Iron. The experience and leadership he brings to CFC is well deployed in the role of Men’s Ministry Director. Dave, his wife Emily, and their children; Elijah, Liliana, and Tobias live in Landisville.
CONTACT >Eric serves as the Student Ministry Director, overseeing our ministry to students from 5th-12th grade. He grew up as a missionary kid in South Africa where he developed a passion for discipling students and has served in various student ministry roles both locally and overseas. He is passionate about partnering with parents and leaders to see students come to know Jesus, make their faith their own, and live out the gospel. Eric met his wife Jen when they both served together in student ministry. They have one young son, Oliver.
CONTACT >Jess and her family moved to Lancaster in 2016 from northern Wisconsin, where she served as assistant to her church youth pastor for several years. Jess found herself longing to rejoin the efforts of youth ministry and was welcomed on staff in The Student Community in 2019. Jess is the GenNext Coordinator leading the 5th and 6th grade students as well as all of the amazing GenNext volunteers! Jess is passionate about encountering an ever-deeper and more authentic relationship with Jesus in hopes the students of GenNext will encounter Him more deeply and authentically as well! Jess and her husband Jon have been married for 17 years and have 3 children Jayden, Audrey, and Griffin!
CONTACT >Lydia started at CFC as an Intern. Soon after graduating from Lancaster Bible College with a degree in Youth Ministry, she was hired as Student Ministry Coordinator. Lydia is passionate about seeing students grow in their relationship with the Lord and take next steps in their faith through authentic community. She is encouraged by watching students grow in their love for the Lord and His Word. Lydia lives in Millersville with her husband Miles, and their kitten Finch. She and Miles love playing volleyball and rock climbing!
CONTACT >Mandy Moore has been leading our Women's Ministry since 2015. She is passionate about helping individuals connect to God through the study of the Bible and in authentic community. She designs Bible studies and events for women where this can happen. Mandy married her high school sweetheart, Brian, and together they have five children.
CONTACT >After moving back to Lancaster with her family in 2020, Lauren began volunteering in CFC’s worship ministry as a vocalist/pianist. With a degree in music education, 15+ years in ministry, and experience creating and managing her own interior design company, she now serves as Worship Arts Director for CFC. Lauren is passionate about intentionally creating the space for people to meet with the Lord, and about stewarding the talents and passions of her team so that they are all “living a life worthy of the calling they have received.” She is thrilled to be leading the Worship Arts ministry, bringing the gospel through worship and the arts to edify the body of CFC. Lauren, her husband Jerry, and their three sons live in Manheim Township.
CONTACT >As the Worship Arts Coordinator, Julia uses her administrative gifts to work alongside the Worship Director to schedule team members, organize worship events, and assist in the planning and preparation of weekend services. She also takes part in managing the CFC website with our Communications Manager. Julia lives in Lititz with her husband, Nate, and daughter, Savannah.
CONTACT >Chris Vasaturo is a graduate of Messiah College and is the Owner and Creative Lead at Vasaturo Still & Motion. Chris brings a fresh, creative perspective and will help produce weekly videos as well as other special media projects designed to encourage and inspire the church. Chris understands the power that video can bring to our mission here at CFC and is excited to use his talents and passion to help expand the impact of the Gospel in our church and community. Chris lives in Elizabethtown with his wife, Katie, and their two kids, Oliver and Laila.
CONTACT >Riley is in the middle of a college education at Lancaster Bible College in Worship Arts with a minor in Live Production. His search for a new church while in college ended when he found CFC, and lead to being involved with the worship team in late summer 2022. His volunteer capacity was quickly increased and the opportunity to place him in the Tech Coordinator position became a perfect fit. Riley is extremely passionate about music and the streamlining of technology here at CFC. He is currently a Junior at LBC with multiple years of worship team leading experience under his belt, with as much behind the scenes tech involvement that time allows. Riley is a huge car enthusiast and will always entertain a conversation about them. He also enjoys BMX, Fender guitars and basses, and the band Colony House.
CONTACT >Jeff and his wife Elizabeth returned to Lancaster after serving with a ministry in Colorado. Here they live closer to most of their adult sons and get to spend more time with their first granddaughter. They were drawn to CFC's vibrant devotion to relationships built on God's word. Jeff is developing and facilitating Step Forward for young adult college graduates. This community-centered program equips young adults for leadership and helps them discern their long term calling to ministry in the church or marketplace. For fun, Jeff enjoys biking, projects with wood, and experimenting in the kitchen by using recipes as helpful suggestions.
CONTACT >George has attended CFC since September of 2019. He leads our Safety and Security Team and has always found fulfillment in using his gifts to serve the church. His years of church leadership experience have prepared him to lead this team of dedicated volunteers, which allows the people of CFC to worship in a safe and secure environment. George and his wife Deb live in Mount Joy and have 2 married children and 7 grandchildren.
CONTACT >Mandy manages CFC’s social media presence. She started attending CFC in 2016. Mandy also serves on the Writing and Research Team for the Women’s Ministry and as a preschool teacher for Community Kids. She is grateful for the opportunity to combine her love of content creation with her desire to serve the Lord. Mandy lives in Lancaster with her husband, Ben, and their three girls: Elyse, Evelyn, and Ella.
CONTACT >Mark came to know the Lord at a Billy Graham crusade in 1973. He is committed to seeing CFC grow and thrive by consistently upholding the integrity of the Scriptures, doing things decently and in order, and furthering its focus on reaching the lost with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. A respected physician, a retired U.S. Navy captain, and a leader in overseas medical ministries, Mark and his lovely wife, Lavonne, have three grown children and a growing brood of grandchildren.
CONTACT >During his freshman year of college the Bible came to life as Mike was convicted of sin and energized to follow Jesus wholeheartedly. After serving at CFC in student ministry and leading community groups, he had the privilege to serve as an elder. His wife, Kelly, is a constant encouragement and beacon of true faith and commitment to God. Mike and Kelly are blessed with two inspiring daughters, and an energetic son.
CONTACT >Jesse grew up as a pastor's kid and has developed a passion for serving the church. He and Kara are graduates of Eastern University and serve on Frontline and as Community Group leaders. Jesse works in the greenhouse industry, as a grower and manager, and also runs his own woodworking business. Recently, Jesse kindled a love for cross-cultural missions through CFC’s work in Austria. Jesse and Kara are parents to three young children, Juliana, Trystan, and Piper.
CONTACT >Lee asked Jesus to take over his life at age 33 after years of Godly influence of his Air Force peers and his pastor while stationed in Montana. Lee appreciates CFC’s faithfulness to the truth, hope, and love found in God’s Word, because they help us live and serve in a culture that desperately needs them. He has led men’s and teen ministries, and his wife Marcie is a trusted mentor to many women. Lee is currently employed as the Director of People and Culture at Lancaster Bible College. Lee and Marcie celebrate 36 years of marriage, two grown children, their spouses, and two grandchildren.
CONTACT >Chris grew up in Mount. Airy, Maryland as a pastor’s kid and grandkid. He went to Grove City College to play football and earned a degree in Biblical and Religious Studies and a minor in Communications. Chris and his wife Johanna were part of a core team to plant a church in Frederick, MD. They moved to Lancaster for Chris to be the Pennsylvania State Director for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. He now serves as the Vice President of Field Ministry for the Mid-Atlantic Region of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. Chris and Johanna have three boys, Blake, Carter, and Colin.
CONTACT >Becky serves on the Admin Board as Assistant Treasurer. She has worked in the Accounting/Finance field for years and was looking to use her skills in a non-profit setting and is happy to be serving at CFC. She reconciles the general ledger accounts, presents the monthly financial statements to the Board each month and assists in the annual budgeting process. Becky lives in Lancaster and has one son, Zach.
CONTACT >Before his senior year of high school, Jim came to know Christ through a Fellowship of Christian Athletes Bible study. Jim has served in many capacities at CFC over the years and joined our Administration Board as Human Resources Coordinator in 2019. His passion is in building teamwork and identifying and developing strengths. Jim is a graduate of Grove City College, and is currently the Operations Manager at Simon Lever. Prior to entering the business world, Jim spent many years in education serving as both teacher and coach. He lives in Rohrerstown with his wife, Jessica, and their four children: Josiah, Greta, Simeon, and Ayla.
