Our vision is to welcome more people into a community of authentic believers to receive the full counsel of God’s Word, glorify Him in worship, and find hope in Jesus. God has opened the door to grow His Kingdom through a second location - Chestnut Hill in Lancaster City. Through EVANGELISM, DISCIPLE MAKING, and LEADER DEVELOPMENT, we believe God will MULTIPLY our efforts in making Committed Followers of Christ. - 1992Core group of 40 people rent space in a ski shop for Sunday morning services
- 1995Start holding 2 services because of growth (attendance - 180)
- 1998Begin to rent space at the Landisville Primary School (attendance - 200)
- 2004Move into our own new property on Bethel Drive (attendance - 300)
- 2011Start offering 2 services (attendance - 500)
- 2015Start offering 3 services (attendance - 700)
- 2017Celebrate 25 years; able to pay off mortgage and commit 10% of giving to missions
- 2020Groundbreaking for expansion to add classrooms, office space, and common areas. Launch first livestream to provide online services during COVID-19 lockdowns.
- 2022Expansion and renovation project completed giving CFC a new look and an additional 10,000 sq.feet of space. (attendance-850)
- 2024CFC hires teaching pastor, Nathan White, to lead a launch team of 150 people and be the primary teaching pastor at a second CFC location - Chestnut Hill, in Lancaster City. (attendance - 1000)
- 2025CFC takes ownership of Chestnut Hill Church on corner of W Chestnut & N Charlotte Streets in the Historic District of Lancaster City as its second location.
