As God’s people, we have every reason to live in ‘Babylon’ with our heads held high, rejoicing in the fact that our God is the Most High God! I find it fascinating that God gave Daniel a vision of the future world empires. It validates the fact that Scripture was given to us by God, and that God knows the future!
So, what does it mean to live in our culture and not become one with it? What made Daniel so distinctive? How did Daniel play a part in transforming his culture? These are the questions we plan on tackling as we get into chapter 2.
