Step Forward
Step Forward is a part-time, paid apprenticeship that helps emerging leaders grow through real ministry work and weekly leadership development with our director. You’ll get hands-on ministry experience.
You’ll discover your God-given strengths and leadership style, develop character and resilience to overcome challenges, journey with a diverse group of Jesus-followers, and take your next step into Christ-centered leadership.
