Communications Director

The Communication Director leads communication strategy for Community Fellowship Church by developing creative teams, strengthening communication systems, and ensuring messaging consistently reflects CFC’s mission, vision, and values. This role equips staff and volunteers, refines workflows and processes, and helps communication scale effectively across ministries, services, and locations.

Safety and Security Assistant

The Safety & Security Assistant supports the Safety and Security Coordinator in protecting our congregation during weekend services and key events. This role includes scheduling and training volunteers, maintaining procedures and manuals, and helping develop emergency protocols—all to help create a safe environment where people can pursue a full life in Jesus Christ.

Interim Community Kids Elementary Coordinator

The Interim Elementary Coordinator is a part-time role supporting the Community Kids Director by helping lead and grow the Elementary program. This position oversees weekly volunteer scheduling and communication, program preparation, and ministry leadership to help children grow toward a full life in Jesus Christ.

Interim Community Kids Nursery Coordinator

Interim Community Kids Nursery Coordinator supports the health and growth of the Nursery Ministry through volunteer leadership, scheduling, and program coordination. This role helps create a safe, caring environment where children are shepherded toward a full life in Jesus Christ.
