Christ Our Expectation | JoyChrist Our Expectation

In this wonderful week of Advent joy, I had the privilege of going to the Emergency Room, on a day they said, “It is the fullest we have ever seen it.” I was finally admitted to a room by 11pm, (Infection due to a cat bite), and able to start thinking about sermon preparation on “joy”. (I could use a little right now). What is the secret to finding joy? This week we are going to explore heaven’s announcement of “great joy” to outcasts, shepherds. How does this encounter affect us today? Does it have any bearing on our pursuit of finding joy amidst difficult circumstances?
