Mark 10:17-31

Do you consider yourself to be rich?
Rich people are not concerned with their daily bread, but with how good their meal tastes, not concerned with whether they have clothing, but with how it looks, and not concerned with whether they have shelter, but with how comfortable it is.
In our passage this week we find out that it is impossible for a rich person to enter the kingdom of heaven (like a “camel passing through the eye of a needle”). What does Jesus mean here? How do riches affect us? Do we need a reminder or something more radical?
