The Story of God | God Promises
After we rejected God in the garden, our union with Him was broken. Deep within we are looking for the ‘blessing’, that voice to tell us,
“I love you and delight in you more than you know. You are valuable to me and unique.”
Many never find what they are looking for. They grasp, and then are disappointed.
Yet the Bible tells us that God provided us with promises, and we find out that these promises are ‘very precious’ and ‘great’ and they allow us to become “partakers of God’s divine nature” now already. (2 Peter 1:4).
