What motivates people to change?
In our passage this weekend, Paul poses the case that the promise (covenant) of God given to
Abraham (Genesis 12:1-3) supersedes the Law of Moses, and that the original promise applies
to us today. Real change can only happen for those who come under the original Promise of
God, and not for those who try to adhere to the laws of God.
