Hope vs Despair
We are not in control. It’s a raw feeling, and it leads to fear and despair. The alternative for us, is to trust that this child that is ‘given’ is our “mighty God.” He sees us, and He cares about us! That takes everything that is ‘raw’, and gives us hope.
