What does it mean to truly follow Jesus?

In the Gospel of Mark, Jesus steps onto the scene announcing that the kingdom of God has come near. But the King He reveals is not always the King people expected. Through His words, His miracles, His compassion, and His authority, Jesus invites us to see the true nature of His kingdom—and to recognize Him as the promised King.

In Come & Follow: Embrace Jesus, the True King, we will journey through Mark 1–8 and discover what life looks like when we respond to Jesus’ invitation to follow Him. Jesus embodies the heart of God’s kingdom: a kingdom marked by compassion, justice, faithfulness, mercy, and restoration. He invites us to come and follow.

The Women’s Bible Study at CFC includes large group teaching from the Word, small group discussion, and a workbook for personal study throughout the week. The 8-week workbook includes guided homework designed to help you engage Scripture personally, typically taking 15–20 minutes per day.

• NEW: Thursday Mornings at Chestnut Hill | 9:15–11:00 am
• Childcare provided on Wednesday and Thursday

Registration is $20.

Childcare registration includes a one time $20 fee per child. Registration for a third child is free.
