SUMMARY:Make Room
DESCRIPTION:Join us for Make Room\, our day-long worship and prayer event on August 16. \nImmediately following the 11am service at Bethel Drive\, the auditorium will become a prayer room with continuous worship throughout the day. We will conclude with a full-band time of corporate worship from 7–8:30pm. \nMake Room is meant for everyone. Come to spend time with The Lord between 12:15pm and 8:30pm. You are welcome to come and go as you choose. Our goal is to set aside intentional time to meet with the Lord and make room to listen to Him in ways we don’t often do in our everyday rhythms. \nChildcare is available with registration from 12:30-2:30pm and 6-8:30pm. \nAuditorium\nThe auditorium will be a space for prayer\, worship\, reflection\, and listening. Journals will be available\, and an art station will be set up in the back of the room. \nStudent Community Auditorium\nThroughout the day\, small group sessions will be offered on the topics of lament\, intimacy with God\, and forgiveness. These sessions are designed to equip believers with practical tools to pursue these areas in their relationship with God. Session times are as follows: \n1pm: “Lament:A Prayer in Pain that Leads to Trust\,” led by Jennie Harclerode\n2pm: “Intimacy with God\,” led by Bobby Parshauer\n3pm: “Walking in Real Forgiveness\,” led by Jeff Comeaux \n\n4pm: “Lament:A Prayer in Pain that Leads to Trust\,” led by Jennie Harclerode\n5pm: “Intimacy with God\,” led by Bobby Parshauer\n6pm: “Walking in Real Forgiveness\,” led by Jeff Comeaux\n\nLobby\nA prayer guide will be available in the lobby with ideas and prompts to help you spend time connecting with the Lord throughout the day. \nCafé\nThe café will be a space for conversation and community. Grab a seat\, stay awhile\, and connect with others as they come and go throughout the day. \nPrayer Rooms\nRooms throughout the building will be available for quiet prayer and reflection. While others may be using the same space\, we encourage everyone to reserve conversations for the lobby so that these rooms remain distraction-free environments for meeting with the Lord.
