Purpose
CFC's Worship Ministry exists to cultivate a heartfelt expression of gratitude for who God is and what He has done for us through Jesus Christ His Son.
PHILOSOPHY
We believe that worship is not merely what happens as we gather together for weekend services; it can happen everyday in everything we are doing. As we offer to God the simple moments and activities of each day, we make our very lives an offering of worship, allowing His presence to invade our lives.

Core Values:
Humility: as we serve together we desire to be broken before God and to allow Him to shape our lives for His glory.
Conduct: as we lead the church publicly we want it to be consistent with our private lives. "It's not my song that defines my worship; it's my life". As broken people we are not expecting sinless perfection, but rather a growing hunger for more of Jesus in our lives.
Accountability: we believe that community is the best way to sustain authentic life change. It is essential that we care for each other and speak the truth in love as "iron sharpens iron".
Excellence: we are committed to a high quality of musicianship, as it is a reflection of the character of God.
