Bobby Parschauer - Interim Pastor
Family: Married to Jen, Children: Daniel, Shelby, and Kristine.
B.A. Pulpit Communications: Tennessee Temple University
CFC became our new "home" fresh off of the mission field in Austria. We had already seen their website, and were so attracted to a church committed to "reaching seekers, building believers, and impacting the world". We had hoped to be a part of such a place. When we first visited, we immediately sensed the authenticity and grace-oriented fellowship that exists here at CFC. "Home" is a refuge, a place of safety and growth, provision and care - we have found all of this at CFC. We so enjoy its relevancy and dedication to loving people, and loving God, and are excited to hear so often of lives changed here at CFC. Jen and I are hopeful to be a blessing during this transition time.

Jason Craig - Student Ministry Director
Family: Married to Emily, Children: Lauren, Anna, and Sarah.
B.A. English: James Madison University
I see CFC as a powerful community. Students in today's postmodern culture are being pulled in multiple directions and being tempted to live outside of God's design and purpose for their lives. We keep it simple by consistently pointing to Jesus Christ and his command to love God and others as we love ourselves. The other leaders and I have found that fruit comes when we prayerfully enter into their lives, accept them as they are and love them as Christ. CFC is not just a great place to meet, but a safe place where real life-change occurs. I love being able to use my gifts and talents in a supportive environment that places a high premium on excellence.

Ruth Hinerdeer - Office Manager
Family: Married to Bryan. Children, Eric and Katie.
Attending CFC going on 9 years.
My position on staff here at CFC was truly a placement from God. He has nourished and grown my relationship with Him with the support of devoted teachers, mentors and life relating, biblically based lessons that are taught. In this position, I have the privilege of not just being an office manager, but for God to use me in His "Frontline" as I answer phones and greet people on a daily basis. CFC truly exhibits that because people matter to God so they matter to CFC!

Jessica Vieland - Children's Ministry Director
Family: married to Jim. Children: Josiah, Greta, and Simeon.
B.A. in Christian Ministries and Religion from Grove City College
For me, CFC is all about family. We strive to reach and serve earthly families both inside and outside of the church. Our community also works to function as a spiritual family. That's why I find my role with the children of CFC so exciting. Just as an earthly family takes care of and nurtures its children, we desire to raise our little ones to follow Christ.

Chuck Gibson - Worship Director
Family: Married to Sarah; Children: Abigail and one on the way
Education: Houghton College, BA Religion, BA Music
CFC is a community of people who desire to know God and to live in authentic relationship with Him and with each other. As Worship Director I have the privilege of seeking the presence of God with the purpose of leading others into it through the medium of music and the arts. Although there is a time of corporate worship on Sunday mornings, worship is a lifestyle. CFC is a place that values and supports the life transformation that occurs when one worships the one, true God. As A.W. Tozer says, "It is always true that an encounter with God brings wonderment and awe!" I am delighted that God would use my gifts and abilities to bring the spotlight back to Him.

I have attended CFC for a few years now and have been so blessed to be a
part of such a wonderful church family. After moving with my husband and 3
young sons from Jackson, MS to Lancaster, it did not take long for us to
realize that CFC was the place for us. I have found so many people at CFC
who are not perfect but are striving to love the Lord with their whole
lives. I am so blessed to be able to rub shoulders with such people, and I
am motivated to do the same and also to reach out and serve others. What an
exciting place to be!
