Bobby has a desire to see people who are far from God, draw near to His heart. Having lived and worked overseas, he aims to effectively bring the Scriptures to life in a balanced and relevant way - a passion to see the Word of God communicated accurately and effectively.
Bobby graduated from Tennessee Temple University with a degree in Pulpit Communications. He and his wife Jen, live in Mountville, PA, with their three children, Daniel, Shelby and Kristine.

As CFC's Student Ministry Director, Jason oversees the junior high and senior high ministries, which includes evening programming, trips, local and international missions, small groups, and leadership development. With a background in Young Life, Jason has worked in full-time student ministry since 1997, joining CFC's staff in 2003. He enjoys the challenges of being "in the trenches" with young people and living, breathing, and sharing Jesus Christ to an ever-changing youth culture. He graduated from James Madison University with B.A. in English and is currently pursuing an M.A. in Religion at Temple University. Jason and his wife, Emily, live in Neffsville, PA, with their three daughters, Lauren, Anna, and Sarah.

As CFC's Office Manager, Ruth oversees daily office activities and serves as a liason to the rest of the staff. If you call or visit our church throughout the week, Ruth is usually the first person you'll meet. She also manages our Frontline Teams and publishes the weekly bulletins and monthly newsletters. Ruth and her husband, Bryan, live in Lancaster, as well as her two young adult children, Eric and Katie.

| Jessica Vieland - Children's Ministry Director |

As CFC's Children's Ministry Director, Jessica oversees children from birth - 6th grade. She loves teaching children and watching them develop in their relationship with God. Jessica graduated from Grove City College with a degree in Christian Ministry and Religion. Jessica and her husband, Jim, live in East Hempfield Township, with their four children, Josiah, Greta, Simeon and Ayla.

As CFC's Worship Director, Chuck oversees the music and creative programming for weekend services and special events. He has a real passion for using music and the arts to help connect people to the presence of God. Chuck graduated from Houghton College with degrees in Religion and Music. He and his wife, Sarah, live in Lancaster, PA, with their three children, Abby, Corban, and Emily.

| Jessica Smith - Ministry Coordinator |

Jessica Smith is the Ministry Coordinator at CFC where she oversees several ministry teams including Carenet, Community Cafe, community groups, Girlfriends Unlimited, hospitality, housekeeping, and Oasis Bookstore and Library. She is also the volunteer coordinator and works with new members and regular attenders who are seeking to use their giftings and get connected in a service role at CFC. Jessica loves working with people and helping them to be all that God created them to be. Jessica is a graduate of Baylor University with a degree in social work. She is married to Tony and has three sons: Nicholas, Jacob, and Grayson.
