Bobby has a desire to see people who are far from God, draw near to His heart. Having lived and worked overseas, he aims to effectively bring the Scriptures to life in a balanced and relevant way - a passion to see the Word of God communicated accurately and effectively.
Bobby graduated from Tennessee Temple University with a degree in Pulpit Communications. He and his wife Jen, live in Mountville, PA, with their three children, Daniel, Shelby and Kristine.

As CFC's Office Manager, Ruth oversees daily office management, activities and serves as a liason to the rest of the Staff. If you call or visit our church throughout the week, Ruth is usually the first person you'll meet. She also manages our Frontline Teams and publishes the weekly bulletins and CFC directory. Ruth and her husband, Bryan, live in Lancaster along with their children Eric and Katie.

As CFC's Worship Director, Chuck oversees the music and creative programming for weekend services and special events. He has a real passion for using music and the arts to help connect people to the presence of God. Chuck graduated from Houghton College with degrees in Religion and Music. He and his wife, Sarah, live in Lancaster, PA, with their four children, Abby, Corban, Emily, and Ava.

As CFC's Children's Ministry Director, Ginger oversees kids from birth through sixth grade. With a God driven passion to see all people experience the freedom and excitement that comes from following Christ, Ginger wholeheartedly desires to come alongside of families and partner with them as they lead their children on their spiritual journey.
Ginger graduated from Messiah College with a BA in Family Studies and has worked with children in varying capacities in the school and church environments for the past 16 years. She lives in Millersville with her husband Craig and three children, Brent, Taylor and Mya. In her spare time, Ginger enjoys baking, cake decorating, and dabbling in drawing/painting.

| David Dixon - Student Ministry Director |

David has a passion and heart for students and families and desires to see them grow in their relationship with Jesus. Having grown up in a military family and lived all across the United States, he strives to make the Gospel relevant and accessible to students.
David and his wife, Melissa, live in Lancaster and have one son, Caleb. He graduated from Lancaster Bible College with a degree in Student Ministry.
As CFC's Student Ministry Director, he works to impact Jr. high and Sr. high students and their families with the Gospel. He leads and mentors the student ministry teams, and oversees small groups, events, missions, and more.
